Yes, we do have an SLA on our Dedicated Servers.

We guarantee that all our standard server configurations will be set up within 1 business day. Factors contributing to longer setup times may include server add-ons, custom configurations, and payment approval time.

You can upgrade your server to a larger plan at any time. You may also "add-on" additional hardware, software, and features to your server at any time through your control panel.

You can purchase additional IPs for $2.95 per month, They can be purchased through your control panel russia and hong kong have different IPs pricing, contact us to find out more.

SrvRACK guarantees the functioning of all dedicated server leased hardware components and will replace any failed component at no cost to the client. Hardware repair/replacement will begin immediately upon identification of a hardware problem. Hardware is defined as the Processor(s), RAM, Hard Disk(s), Motherboard, NIC Card, and other related hardware included under the server lease. The time required to repair/replace hardware does not include software reinstallation and/or data recovery from backup tapes/disks (time frame depends on size of disk). Anything you want to (within the law and our terms of service, of course)! The SrvRACK Cloud Server solution is a fully unrestricted, root/Administrator level access, Linux or Windows environment. Any application or service that you can run from a traditional, physical, dedicated-unmanaged operations can be run from your Cloud Server.

We have built-in cloud management from OnAPP on all our Cloud instance, this can be access via your browsers or directly on your iPhone and Androids portable.

Over 20 linux distribution, CloudLinux and Windows Servers 2012 can be installed on your machine FREE of charge (Windows requires at least 2GB RAM), Windows 7 and Windows 8 can also be installed if you have your own license.

The biggest cloud servers listed on our page is the max capacity we can go per instance so 384GB of RAM, 100CPU Cores, 5000B SAN SSD after that you will need to get a second instance.

From consumer point of view there is no difference – both Cloud and physical servers enable you to install and configure all kinds of software with no restrictions. Dedicated servers sometimes need couple days to be set up while Cloud servers are available in minutes and you can configure them yourself on the web.

Main actions are automated and require just few mouse clicks in a web-based control panel to be completed. Great benefit is that you can change Cloud server parameters, so you could add or drop resources instantly and anytime depending on your current needs.

In terms of reliability, SPOF (Single Point Of Failure) exists in dedicated servers and if a component fails, the server will stop running until the component is replaced. In Cloudware all server components, devices and network routes are duplicated and redundant and in case of a problem your servers and all the services running on them will continue processing with no interruptions.

Our cloud infrastructure is located in TierPoint(colo4) datacenter in Dallas, United States.

After 12 or 24 regular monthly payments on eligible servers, the server ownership can be transferred over to you the customer. This transfer is not automatic and the customer must contact us to have this process completed.


Basic options after 12 or 24 month RTO rental:

1: Continue paying rental fee. Hardware support and package remain the same.

2: Switch the server to 1U colocation

3: Remove the server from our datacenter

Our RTO servers are located in Centrilogic in United States and Greenhouse in Netherlands.

You have the option of continuing the rental as long as we support the server. Keep the same payment amount and maintain all hardware replacement coverage. You can change your mind and colocate or remove the server at any time.

In the event that you want to switch to the colocation packages you will need to confirm the power consumption of your server before placing your order for the colocation package. We do not make this change automatically and the customer is required to submit a ticket to our billing departement to begin the process of converting to colocation. Servers that have been switched to colocation cannot be switched back to their dedicated server plan, however colocation plans are much cheaper than dedicated hosting.

If you would like to have your server shipped to you you can open a ticket with our billing depatement to have the invoice generated for the packing materials and handling. Once the invoice is paid we will send you the dimensions of the shipping box and the pickup address so that you can arrange shipping through your preferred carrier or parcel service. We will have the server ready to be picked up on the loading dock. We have daily pickups at our facilities from, UPS, Fedex and USPS.

Customers may also come to the facility to pick up the server. There is no cost to pick up your server although we are still required to have the servers in packaging. Once a server is converted to colocation or removed from the facility all hardware is the sole responsibility of the customer and srvrack no longer provides warranty or support for the hardware.
